Al-Wadh’iyyah: Journal of Sharia Law and Legal Studies is a peer-reviewed academic journal that focuses on Islamic Sharia law, Islamic family law, and related legal studies. The journal provides a forum for the publication of scholarly research, theoretical discussions, and practical insights into the development, application, and interpretation of Islamic legal principles. Topics include, but are not limited to, jurisprudence (fiqh), usul al-fiqh, marriage and family regulations in Islam, comparative law, and contemporary legal issues within the framework of Sharia.
